Welira Legal

Privacy Policy

This page explains how Welira handles information connected with the use of its AI-assisted flower identification and bouquet arrangement features. Welira is designed for florists and floral consultants who may photograph flowers on-site, organize bouquet concepts, and generate practical arrangement plans within the app.

Effective Date February 12, 2026

1. Data Collection

Information gathered through Welira may include details you provide directly, such as your email address when contacting support, account-related identifiers if an account is used, and any content you choose to upload into the app.

The app may also receive technical information from your device, including device model, operating system version, language settings, app version, crash diagnostics, approximate network details, and interaction records that help us understand how features are used.

Because Welira relies on flower photographs and visual analysis, the app may request access to your camera and photo library so images can be captured or selected for identification and bouquet planning. If location features are enabled on your device, approximate or precise location data may also be available when attached to photos or used to improve on-site workflow features. Welira does not require access to your contacts for ordinary use unless a future feature specifically asks for that permission first.

Some analytics, infrastructure, and performance tools supplied by outside providers may operate within the app through software development kits or similar technologies. These tools may process device and usage information in a generalized way to support reliability, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

2. Data Usage

The information received through Welira is used to operate the app, deliver flower identification results, generate bouquet suggestions, maintain user sessions where applicable, respond to support requests, and improve the quality of AI-driven recommendations.

Usage patterns may be reviewed to refine app performance, adjust interface design, detect technical issues, and better understand which tools are most helpful to floral professionals. Image submissions and related metadata may also be processed to provide classification results and arrangement guidance.

Welira may use contact details to send service-related notices, support replies, important policy or security messages, and limited operational communications. If promotional outreach is offered, users will be given a clear way to opt out where required by law.

Data may be shared with service providers that help us host, analyze, secure, maintain, or support the app. We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. In some jurisdictions, certain forms of data sharing for analytics or product operations may still be treated as “sharing” under local privacy law, and users may request information or opt-out rights as described below.

3. Data Storage & Security

App content and related records may be stored on secure servers operated either by Welira or by contracted infrastructure partners. Storage may occur in the region where you use the app or in other locations where our service providers maintain facilities.

Reasonable safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures may include encrypted transmission, restricted administrative access, logging, environment monitoring, and periodic security review. No digital system can promise absolute security, but protective controls are applied in line with the nature of the information involved.

Retention periods depend on the kind of information at issue, why it was gathered, legal requirements, and operational necessity. Support correspondence may be retained for follow-up and recordkeeping, while technical logs and analytics records may be kept for shorter internal review windows. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified where reasonably practical.

4. Third-Party Services

Welira may rely on outside companies for hosting, storage, analytics, security screening, customer communications, crash reporting, content delivery, and related business functions. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual terms that limit the use of that information to the services they perform.

In addition, the app may interact with platform-level services made available through iOS, such as camera, photos, notifications, or system permissions. Your use of those platform features may also be subject to policies and settings controlled by Apple or other device-level operators.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to personal information associated with you, request correction of inaccurate details, seek deletion of certain records, object to or limit specific processing activities, and receive a portable copy of information where applicable.

Residents of jurisdictions with expanded privacy protections, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states such as California, may also have the right to know what categories of information are handled, to request disclosure of sharing practices, and to opt out of certain uses where the law provides that option.

To exercise a privacy right, send your request to support@welira.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some requests may be limited where legal exceptions apply.

6. Children's Privacy

Welira is intended for adults in professional or serious enthusiast contexts and is not designed for children under 18. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under that age threshold.

If we learn that information from a minor has been submitted without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to remove it within a reasonable period. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information through the app may contact us at support@welira.com. This approach is also intended to align with applicable child privacy requirements, including COPPA where relevant.

7. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal obligations, technical practices, or business operations. When updates are made, the revised version will be posted at the applicable location for Welira, including pages associated with aristocratic.welira.uno, and the effective date shown on this page will be updated.

For material changes, additional notice may be provided through the app, by email where appropriate, or through other reasonable channels.
