Access to Welira is conditioned on your acceptance of this agreement. When you open, browse, or otherwise utilize the application, you indicate that you understand these terms and are prepared to follow them.

Anyone who is not willing to proceed under these conditions must discontinue use immediately. This document is intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Service Description

Welira provides digital tools designed to assist users with flower-related analysis and planning support through an AI-enabled mobile experience. The platform may include identification guidance, generated suggestions, organizational features, and other supporting functions that may evolve over time.

Our application may be revised, expanded, reduced, interrupted, or discontinued in whole or in part without maintaining identical features at all times. Availability is not promised on a permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free basis.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Welira, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and that your access is lawful where you are located.

Legal compliance is mandatory in every interaction with the platform. Users may not:

• employ the application for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
• harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm other people or entities;
• upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code, spyware, viruses, or harmful scripts;
• attempt to interfere with app security, infrastructure, or normal operation;
• misuse accounts, credentials, or access methods belonging to another person.

If account credentials are used in connection with the Service, safeguarding them is your responsibility. Activity carried out through your account may be attributed to you. A breach of these standards can lead to restricted access, suspension, termination, or additional action where appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to Welira, including its software, design, structure, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and underlying technology, remain the property of the developer or its licensors. Your access does not transfer ownership of any part of the application.

Users receive a narrow, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. Except where the law clearly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

5. Disclaimer

Welira is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, all express, implied, and statutory warranties are disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not promise that the Service will meet every expectation, produce uninterrupted results, remain continuously available, or operate free from defects, delays, or inaccuracies. Your reliance on any output, recommendation, or generated material is solely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Welira, its developer, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or connected with your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the application.

This exclusion includes, without limitation, damages related to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, data loss, device issues, service interruption, procurement of substitute services, or reputational harm, even where the possibility of such loss had been communicated in advance.

7. Account Termination

Access to the Service may be limited, suspended, or ended if conduct appears inconsistent with this agreement, harmful to the platform, risky to other users, or unlawful. Such action may occur without prior warning where circumstances justify immediate intervention.

You remain free to stop using Welira at any time. Ending use of the application does not erase obligations or liabilities that arose before access ended.

8. Terms Modification

From time to time, these Terms of Service may be revised to reflect legal, operational, technical, or product-related developments. When updates are posted, the most current version becomes the governing version for future use of the platform.

Continued access after revised terms are made available signals your acceptance of the updated conditions. For that reason, users should check this page periodically and remain informed about current obligations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s relevant jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles that would direct the matter elsewhere.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy connected to Welira or this agreement should first be raised through good-faith communication with us in an effort to reach an informal resolution. If that process does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be handled in the courts or forums having proper jurisdiction over the operator, unless mandatory law requires a different venue or process.
